We are happy to share this news with you! From these new perspectives of business model, S4M needed support to validate their U.S go-to-market strategy. We first assessed the readiness of the product, the way the platform would be used between HQ & stores manager, investigating the similarity of the pain point and challenges Head of Network and CMO were facing. Then, we defined the most appropriate segment to start with, built and validated the dedicated value proposition with the most relevant features. Then, we designed the new business model with a primary use case to start with, before building the sales strategy to close the first repeatable references. It allowed us to draw a 2 years business plan with both economics assumptions and optimal staff organization to launch. The first results have been very promising and both retailers and restaurants chain are willing to deploy the solution to support locally the growth and drive more consumers to store.
S4M, the leading drive-to-store platform for tier-one retailers, restaurants & auto dealerships, today announced it is rebranding to Ask Locala. The company was founded a decade ago with a mission to drive industry-leading success for location-based businesses using mobile advertising. Since 2011, S4M’s technology has consistently evolved, using machine learning algorithms to learn from consumer movements and their response to tens of thousands of campaigns. This unique, fully automated approach has resulted in a platform that is unmatched with regards to both hyper-localized campaign performance and granular measurement capabilities. The company has also scaled its business globally, now operating in over ten countries and performing campaigns in dozens more.
S4M’s move to the Ask Locala name is designed to better represent the company’s complete suite of advertising and measurement solutions and cement its focus on supporting location-based businesses. Current worldwide events have increased the frequency with which consumer buying patterns have changed, and Ask Locala has been designed from the ground up to create and sustain reliable revenue streams via physical or eCommerce traffic.
